How to I resize a photo to get 600 x 600 pixels exactly?

I need to submit my photo for DV2011 visa lottery and they need it to be 600 x 600 pixels exactly. I’ve tried so many kinds of photo shopping but they automatically correct it to 450 x 600. Thanks!

Try this software: http://www.imageconverterplus.com/. They have lots of resize options, and I believe you yourself can point out the exact resize parameters. you can use Adobe Photoshop and resize the image.

Use better programs… if I edit a picture to 600×600 that’s what it stays at. Never heard of a program changing it to something it wants when you save it

Also in most cases that means you have to crop something out of the picture or add borders to it.
