What is the website where you can enter in information you want in a car and it narrows the cars down?

I have seen a website that you can choose certain information about what you want in a car and it narrows the cars down. For example I want a car that gets a least 30mpg in the city, so it would take off all the cars that don’t meet this. Does anyone know what this website is or one similar to it?
