		<description>I bet it's not very popular, because most people with tools won't lend them to someone they don't know pretty well.  That's because strangers tend to treat tools like, well, like they came from the rental store.

Rental yard tools get dull and wear out faster than anybody else's.  I'm sure these tools stay busy, but they let just about anybody rent them, and they tend to get used hard.

I think sharing tools is a good idea, but I'm sure picky who I'll lend them to, that's for sure.  I suggest you make friends with your neighbors, and have a few tools worth lending, too.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
