What is the best website to create a website on your cellphone ?

I want to make a website using my cellphone but i dont know where to do it, i have a rough understanding of html language. My phone is a nokia n81.

This is new. However, if you would like to create website through your cellphone then you will still have to download html editor applications through your phone. When you create a website through your phone, it will simply be similar to how you create a website using a PC or laptop.
I have stumbled upon a site that teaches how to make money with cellphone. Maybe they cover this knowledge which you are referring to. Check the site for yourself.
