What is a good video camera for Skate Videos?

What is a good video camera for Skate Videos?
I want to get a video camera for taking videos of my friend scootering and some skate videos.
I want to spend around $150-$200, is this not enough for a good camera? I want it to have a good quality, but not be to exspensive.
What is a good video camera that i should look into buying?

Flip Mino HD? The really good cameras are a lot more than what you have to offer.
