How can you download videos from the internet to windows media player?

I want to know how you can save videos from the internet to Windows Media Player, but i cant figure out how. What do i do to save the videos?

i just go on www.zamzar.com and download it to a wmv

    i downloaded lots of movies but they were always in HORRIBLE quality lmao
