As you’re probably aware by now, there are several electric range cookers on the market. The electric variety of ranges are more beneficial than gas in several ways, but that doesn’t mean gas stoves don’t have their advantages as well. For one, electric cookers save on your gas bill. The offset of that however is obviously that they will increase your electric bill if used extensively, so make sure you have clear understanding which utility costs you less.
Despite possible cost savings, the other major benefit of electric range cookers, and probably the most significant, is that they tend to cook food more evenly. You won’t get overcooked or undercooked (or both) after cooking a meal.
