		<description>They are the same thing. BUT, if a serving size contains less than half a gram of trans-fats then the Gov't allows them to round it down to zero. You know those snack crackers that come in packs of 6? Well, they claim 0 trans-fats by calling that a 3 serving container. In actually, if you scarfed down the whole thing like we all do; you'd get 1.5 grams of trans-fats. The public thinks the food labels mean the Gov't is protecting them, but the Gov't makes the food companies put it on the label, giving the Gov't deniability.
