Because we live in a society designed to eliminate those natural imbalances by trying to control a man's use of force against women through a police force and DV laws, you're going to see the violent crime gap between men and women narrow. There have always been serial killers on both sides of the gender aisle. Men are more likely to use their physical size and strength to kill, women are more likely to use poison or more subversive methods.
