Is the rise in female perpetrated violence a sign of equality between the sexes?

Against both other women and men.

I’ve seen figures for this on some american police website link someone once posted ( i think) - it’s obviously true though, compared with older times.

Do feminists believe this is a favourable change in society as it shows equality????

Or rather do they/you think it is part of (or a result of) favourable changes in society regarding equality???

I’m a feminist.
And no I don’t think this is a sign of progression in female equality.
I think it is a sign of progression in the degregation of society. I think it as MLK views violence to be an act that strips humanity of any race, sex, or color of it’s dignity.
Woman, Men violence is wrong.

  1. The rise in female crime (or our increased awareness of it) is a sign that modern Feminism is achieving its objective of advancing hatred and promoting violence against males, so from the perspective of modern Feminism, increase in female perpetrated violent crime is regarded as laudable and, indeed, a form of "progress" as they define "equality."

  5. When you eliminate the natural imbalance of physical size and strength, you’ll find that there really isn’t much of a difference between the behavior of men and women. Because we live in a society designed to eliminate those natural imbalances by trying to control a man’s use of force against women through a police force and DV laws, you’re going to see the violent crime gap between men and women narrow.

There have always been serial killers on both sides of the gender aisle. Men are more likely to use their physical size and strength to kill, women are more likely to use poison or more subversive methods. Whether it’s violence or sex men and women are pretty much the same except that men are dogs that do their business in the streets in plain sight of everyone while women are cats, and cats cover their s**t.

I think most people recognize it’s not a real change in numbers, just a change in reported incidents =/
