http://AdoramaPix.com is the place, they are a professional photo-lab in NY and you can order your prints online and have them ship the prints to you i have used them many times and the quality in my opinion is unbeatable.

they now have a sale on 11x14 prints for only $1.99 each
References :
http://adoramapix.com

If you have access to high speed internet then I would highly recommend mpix.com. They have good prices on enlargements and, in my experience, their color is much more accurate than Walmart. I recently submitted the same digital image to Mpix, Walmart, and Snapfish. Mpix clearly had the most accurate color, with Snapfish being second and Walmart third. The shipping for Mpix is a little higher so it is best to use them when you either need a really good print and want to spend the extra few bucks or are getting many enlargements (getting 10 8x10s has about the same shipping as getting one).

If you do not have high speed internet then look for a local lab or camera store. Print for print they will be better. One caveat...I've never tried them but many of the review sites recommend Costco.

If you want to check prices a website for that is printrates.com

Anyway, check out Mpix.com.
