When uploading photos to walmart.com/photo, it says internet explorer has stopped working,& restarts?

Everytime I try to upload photos to Walmart.com/photo, my screen fades out and says "internet explorer has stopped working" and then it restarts internet explorer. This is VERY frustrating, and only does this at this website…I have already contacted walmart.com/photo, and they say it is something with my computer, but what? Any and all advice is appreciated! Thanks!

There are two types of uploaders–dont use the quicktime one (or whatever its called)…use the single uploader.
