Creating an account
Creating an account is quick and easy. Simply click on the Sign up link at the top of every page in Cut Frame TV, fill out your email address, user name and password. Feel free to invite some friends in thr process. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to click to activate your account. That's it!
Once your account is created, you can log in and edit your account and personal information by clicking the My Profile link.
Uploading Video
Log in to your account and select the "Upload" button from the navigation bar. You will be asked for a title, description, tags, which are simply search words relating to your video, and which category(s) to place your video.
Click the "Continue" button and in the new screen click the "Browse" button to select your video. To let anyone view your video leave "Public" selected for Broadcast.
Click the upload button and wait! This will take a period of time to upload depending on the size of your video and the speed of your internet connection. When the upload is complete, Cut Frame TV will let you know with a successful upload message.
*If you receive a timeout error following your upload it means that your video is too large to upload for your internet connection, please try recompressing the video to a smaller size and uploading again.
Tips on creating video for sharing on Cut Frame TV
Most videos on Cut Frame TV are under five minutes long. Longer videos require more compression to fit in the 100MB size limit, and the quality will go down as the length of the video goes up.
Cut Frame TV accepts video files from most digital cameras and camcorders, and cell phones in the .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG file formats.
We recommend the MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 320x240 resolution with MP3 audio, at 30 frames per second. Resizing your video to these specifications before uploading will help your clips look best on Cut Frame TV.

You can add videos to your favorites list for quick viewing, invite friends to join Cut Frame TV, create Groups to belong to for sharing within the Cut Frame TV community, grab code to send video to friends in an email or embed in a website, and more!
