Parents, any ideas for family portraits?

I want to get professional portraits taken of my husband, son and myself. I was thinking of doing something like this:http://www.asylum.com/2009/06/17/awkward-family-photos-12/

Do you think my husband would go for that? LOL
I’m only kidding. I would never take a ridiculous picture like that! Too freaking funny for me not to share.

I think we will just take some shots on the beach or at the park. You know, normal pictures.

I don’t think many men would go for that though, lol. I wish I lived close by. I only charge a $50 sitting fee and then for the cost of prints (which usually averages around $30 depending on how many prints you’d like).

I’d go for JC Penney otherwise.

    Probably not. What we did was we love going four wheeling so we bought our son, who was 3 months old at the time, a Fox racing pajama set. Then we wore our fourwheeling gear and that is how we did ours. It was adorable.

    hahahahahahahahahahahaha! i know mine wouldn’t! hahahahahahaha That’s too funny! maybe at Halloween!

    My husband has four siblings and for their family portraits they had him lay flat on his stomach with each sibling on top of the next, like steps. He was the oldest. It was really cute.

  7. haha i clicked on the link before i read what was under it, i thought you were serious, and my answer was just going to be, please don’t. why not look for someone who is just starting out in the photography buisness. they will give you great deals because they are building their portfolio, and in the end if they really aren’t good pictures, than you can always pay the big bucks for a pro.
