How to Get Faster Workouts and Better Results

You can always tell a good workout because it’s designed and tested to get results in as little time as possible. That means that it also is designed to get you started and get you finished quickly… every second counts.

Why? because workouts can be fun, but most people struggle to fit them into their schedule. And if it’s possible to get a workout into your schedule that keeps you happy and healthy than your live will greatly be improved because of that. The ripple affect of this happiness will surprise you.

Here’s how you can ensure a faster workout and faster results.

Work your full body.

Most women are told to work only certain body parts during their workout. But this is not the case for women who use working out to get in shape. When you work only select body parts, you don’t burn as many calories and you don’t build as much lean body mass.

And when you workout only some body parts, you have to workout more often which is one thing that we are trying to reduce. So when you workout, use your whole body and exercises that complement that goal.

Use supersets or circuits.

This is really important as well because you have to keep the workout moving along with as little rest as possible. But at the same time, you don’t want to kill your body and put yourself in danger.

Supersets, two exercises done back to back, allow you to do this because while your doing one exercise, you are allowing another body part to rest. For example… when you do lunges and then go to should presses… during the shoulder press you are allowing your legs to rest so that you can take a shorter break before going right back into lunges.

It’s an efficient womens workout that allows you to get better and faster results while not wasting any time at all.
