How many viewers do you think X Factor is going to lose tonight?

With the twin’s gone, the X Factor is going to lose alot of viewers. If Lloyd wasn’t in, i think the teenage target would be gone!

I am a teenager myself, and honestly, I used to watch it almost every time they showed it on tele! But now, I’ve stopped watching it..It was stupid, the fact that they were purposely keeping JE in the show…!

The best acts have all now gone, lucie, jamie….hopefully stacey will win!

I know all my other friends have also stopped watching the show now, they’re teenagers and others too..so yeah, it’s disappointing, x factor, a huge flop this year..!!!!

How do I plot X and Y values on Excel 2003?

So I need to graph a chart which has X values ranging from 13-102 and Y values ranging from 0.1 - 100. When I select X and Y values Excel just graphs everything as Y data points and my X axes doesn’t have the proper range. What steps do I need to take to get my X and Y ranges set up properly?

You want to make a "Scatter" chart sub-type: data points with connected lines and not a "Line" chart.

Scatter Chart or Line Chart?

What was a good x-men: evolution episode that reflected the ideas of racism?

I’ve been doing some research of x-men, and I have concluded that x-men was created from a response to racism. I need to know a good episode that has background of racism as the main theme for that episode. What is the episode number or name of the episode or the season? Thanks!

By the way, I’m talking about the animated series called X-Men: Evolution.

Season 3, episode 3. I LOVE that episode! ‘cuz I’m just that weird…

And, also, be careful, becuase technically the x men do not suffer from racism. A different word would be better. (friendly advise, NOT criticism)

How to create a graph online with postive and negative x axis scales?

Tried spreadsheet but no luck! I would like the x axis to comprise of postive and negative values of which I can personalise. The Y axis must run through the 0 on the x axis.

The result obtained when x is multiplied by y is equal to ten times the result obtained when y is subtracted?

The result obtained when x is multiplied by y is equal to ten times the result obtained when y is subtracted from x. If y equals 5, what does x equal?

xy = 10(x-y)

5x = 10(x-5)

5x = 10x - 50

5x = 50

x = 10

What is the limit as x approaches 3 from the left?

What is the limit as x approaches 3 from the left?

The equation given is abs(4x-12)/(3-x)

What is the limit as x approaches 3 from the right using the same equation?

from the left:
that means you plug in values just to the left of 3 on a number line, like 2.999

so (4*2.999 - 12)/(3-2.999) = -4
(4*2.9999 - 12)/(3-2.9999)= -4

so -4

from the right:
so (4*3.001 - 12)/(3-3.001) = -4
(4*3.0001 - 12)/(3-3.0001)= -4

so -4

which we could have determined by factoring the problem

(4x - 12)/(3- x) = -4(3 - x)/(3 - x) = -4!

Can Medical Assistants advance further in their career to become x-ray technicians?

I am a medical assistant and want to go to school to become a x-ray technician. Since I have experience working as a medical assistant will it be more easier for me to get a job as a x-ray tech.

It certainly wouldn’t hurt, but I don’t think it would make you a shoe-in, either. Basically employers just want you to be an ARRT-registered radiologic technologist.

How can I make a separate logbook in Flight Simulator X?

Listen, I know that this the aviation section for real airplanes, but I figure that most people who fly Flight Simulator X are in this section. So, is there a way in Flight Simulator X to make separate logbooks like you could in Flight Simulator 2004? And yes, I do take real flying lessons.

why would flight simulator people try to answer questions about real airplanes? I think you would get more answers in the gaming section. But, you are always welcome to try. Did you have any questions about your real flying lessons? Does that have anything to do with your video game question?

What is the volume of the solid of revolution generated by revolving R about the x-axis?

Let f(x) = e^(-3x/2)
Let R be the region between the graph of f and the x-axis on the interval 0 < x < 1. Find the volume V of the solid of revolution generated by revolving R about the x-axis.

I’ve been trying all night to figure this problem out with no luck at all. Please help!

Use the method of disks.

Draw the region R and a typical disk. This disk has a radius of [e^(-3x/2) - 0] and a thickness of dx. It contribues an increment of volume dV given by

dV = πr²dx = π(e^(-3x/2))² dx
= π e^(-3x) dx

The total volume V is given by

1
∫ π e^(-3x) dx
0
