The Basic Exercises Have Helped Me Better
This is meant not to discredit any brand of home fitness machines, because they all have been great. Like the Air Climber, which I have lost some serious pounds with and perhaps helped look at a brighter and healthier perspective in things. Got me started with my addiction for a fit and lean body.
But I have realized that the exercise that I have been looking for was those that have been in front of me for a very long time. Like running, walking and sprinting. With that I don’t need an expensive exerciser or a membership in some posh gyms. I just put on some high quality run wear and I am off.
